PayPal has recently introduced an update that improves how users can view and manage their recurring subscriptions through a new Subscriptions Hub (currently available in select regions and expanding gradually). This update does not change how Ucartz processes payments, but it makes it easier for you to monitor and manage your PayPal automatic payments in one place.

To help you manage PayPal payments effectively and avoid duplicate charges, please review the following important points.

1. Verify if a PayPal subscription exists

Automatic payments occur only if a PayPal Subscription was created during your initial payment. If no subscription exists, PayPal will not send any automatic payments to Ucartz, and you will need to pay invoices manually.

2. Keep only one active subscription per service

Having multiple active subscriptions for the same service may result in duplicate payments. You can check and manage your subscriptions by logging into your PayPal account and visiting: Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments.

3. Wait for PayPal confirmation before raising a concern

Sometimes PayPal takes 15–30 minutes to notify our system. If your invoice remains unpaid even after PayPal shows the payment as completed, please open a ticket with our billing department for verification.

4. Cancel old or unused subscriptions

When you change plans, cancel a service, or move to a new package, make sure to cancel any older PayPal subscriptions linked to the old service to prevent unwanted charges.

5. How to handle duplicate or incorrect payments

If you suspect a duplicate charge or an incorrect auto payment, please open a billing support ticket so our team can verify and assist you.Submit your billing ticket here. For a complete guide on PayPal Subscriptions, how they work, and how to track or cancel them, please read our detailed article.

We appreciate your continued trust in Ucartz. Our billing team is available to help you with any PayPal or payment-related queries.
