Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you of an important upcoming synchronization of our service pricing for customers billed in Indian Rupees (INR), Australian Dollars (AUD), Emirati Dirhams (AED), and Euros (EUR).

What is Changing?

The recurring price for your service(s) will be updated on your next invoice to reflect the current, correct exchange rate for your local currency against our base operational currency, the U.S. Dollar (USD).

This synchronization affects all products, addons, and domains for existing clients in the currencies mentioned above.

Why Are We Taking This Action? (Revenue Protection)

Our core infrastructure costs including licensing, data center fees in the US/UK, and vendor services are billed to us strictly in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Due to our earlier pricing approach, the exchange rate used at the time you first purchased your service (in some cases, 6–7 years ago) remained unchanged in your billing record, as we initially believed periodic updates were not required.

For example, when many of our INR clients signed up, the exchange rate was significantly lower (around ₹68/USD). Today, the rate is much higher (around ₹84/USD). This difference means that while our costs have risen proportionally with the USD, we have been consistently billing you at the old, uncorrected rate. This has created a substantial and unsustainable gap in our operational margins.

To maintain the quality and stability of the services you rely on, we are forced to implement this one-time synchronization to align your recurring fees with our current operational expenses.

When Does This Take Effect?

The updated price will be reflected on your next invoice.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we ensure the long-term viability of our services. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our billing team.

Thank you for your continued business.

Sincerely,

Ucartz Team
