## Support model (key differentiator)
- Free Basic Managed Support is included with every self-managed server, VPS and hosting plan. It is a complimentary, best-effort service for quick tasks that take about 5 minutes (for example access checks, service restarts, OS reinstalls on request, DNS pointing and first-level troubleshooting), subject to support staff availability. It is not covered by the SLA.
- Self-managed customers keep full root access. When they need more help, they can hire Ucartz engineers on demand ("plug and play"): server administration costs $8 per 15 minutes, $15 per 30 minutes or $28 per hour. Monthly admin plans are available, and extra support can be stopped at any time. No monthly commitment is required.
- Fully managed VPS and dedicated servers are also available for customers who want Ucartz to run the server day to day.
- Project work: AI implementation, private LLM deployment (Ollama, Llama, Mistral), n8n automation, API integrations, DevOps pipelines and custom system builds, delivered on the customer's own infrastructure and handed over with documentation.

- Money-back: a 30-day money-back guarantee applies to a customer's first purchase of a service at Ucartz (web, reseller, VPS and cloud, and streaming hosting). Dedicated servers, domains, Hire an Expert and other solution services, custom builds and paid licences are not refundable (see https://www.ucartz.com/terms-and-conditions#8).
- Backups: Ucartz does not back up self-managed servers or VPS; customers keep their own backups, or Ucartz engineers can set up automated backups as a paid task.
- Migration: free migration is included with managed hosting and managed server plans within 30 days of sign-up; on self-managed plans, engineers can do the move from $8 per 15 minutes.
- Payment: cards, PayPal and bank wire in USD; UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, NEFT and IMPS for INR.
- India: infrastructure is available in Indian locations including Indore, Mumbai and Raipur: dedicated servers and selected hosting services, and GPU and AI infrastructure deployed within India. Specific services and capacity vary by location. Invoices for Indian customers include the applicable GST.
- Support hours and languages: 24x7, in English, Malayalam and Hindi.
