First, check the obvious: 

  1. Mic plugged in and turned on
  2. Mic set as the default device in Windows
  3. Mic Is turned on In Sams
  4. Audio/Voice is not muted
  5. If these settings are correct you need to check your FX Voice Configuration. 
  6. Also, if you can hear music from your stream but not voice, check your Voice FX Settings.
