Follow these instructions to set up email accounts in ZPanel. 

1) Click Mailboxes with the @ symbol icon on the ZPanal main page in the Mail section
2) Input the email address you’d like to create in the Create a new mailbox section
3) Using the drop-down, find the domain you’re creating the email for
4) Enter the password you’d like to use
5) Click the blue Create button

How Do I Use Email Clients with ZPanel?

If you prefer, you can use ZPanel’s WebMail right from within ZPanel. But if you’d like to use another email client, you can do set that up with these settings.

Send

  • Server: Use the domain this email is for
  • You don’t need a username or password
  • Choose All for the Authentication Type
  • Choose None for the SSL option

Receive

  • Use Pop3 for your Mailbox Type
  • Server: Use the domain this email is for
  • Use Default for the Port
  • Put the email address you created in ZPanel for the Username (Example – emailname@yourdomain.com)
  • Use the password you created in ZPanel for the email account
  • Choose All for the Authentication Type
  • Choose None for the SSL option
