View sent summary is for cPanel & WHM version 66. One needs to navigate to (Home >> Email >> View Sent Summary) interface to have a proper working of this feature.

 

This feature helps in displaying the total number of message delivery attempts that each domain on one’s server made within a given time and date range.

 

The number of successful attempts failed attempts, a total number of bytes sent by each domain can also be viewed with the help of this feature.

 

View Information About Sent Emails

Steps:

To view mail according to one’s wish, enter the Start Date, Start Time, End Date, and End Time values in specifying the date range as per the wish.

 

It is to be noted that the larger the date range, the longer one’s query will be required to process.

 

Finally, one can click on Run Report.

 

The Result Table: Historical View

 

One can click on Historical View so as to view the number of messages and amount of data each account has sent within the date range that one specified. The interface displays eight columns, by default:

 

  • Domain: The domain from where the users sent messages.
  • User: The cPanel user, who is the owner of the domain.
  • Successful: Number of successful mail deliveries originated from the domain.
  • Deferrals: Number of deferred mail deliveries originated from the domain.
  • Failures: Number of failed mail deliveries originated from the domain.
  • Failed and Deferred: Total sum of failed and deferred mail deliveries originated from the domain.
  • Total Messages: Total number of messages originated from the domain.
  • Data Sent: Total amount of data sent by the domain.

 

Also,

 

  • One can select the checkbox corresponding to the column if one wants to add a column.
  • One can also deselect the checkbox corresponding to the column if one wants to remove a column.

 

The Result Table: Current View

 

One can click on Current View in order to view the current status of each account. The interface includes four columns by default:

 

  • Relay per Hour: A green select icon indicating the limit of the domain for relayed messages for the current hour (from the beginning of the hour). A red X icon will indicate that the domain exceeded its limit.
  • Defer+Fail per Hour: A green select icon indicating the limit of the domain for deferred and failed messages for the current hour (from the beginning of the hour). A red X icon will indicate that the domain exceeded its limit.
  • Domain: The messages originated from the domain.
  • User: The cPanel user, who is the owner of the domain.

 

Also,

 

  • One can select the checkbox corresponding to the column if one wants to add a column.
  • One can also deselect the checkbox corresponding to the column if one wants to remove a column.

 

One can enter the search criteria in the Search text box in order to narrow the sender’s list. The results remain filtered until it is cleared from the Search text box.

 

View all Outgoing Mail Sent by a Specific User

 

Click on the row in the table containing the user’s name in order to view more information about all the messages sent by a specific user. One will be redirected by WHM to the Mail Delivery Reports interface (Home >> Email >> Mail Delivery Reports).

 

Conclusion

 

This interface displays the delivered messages list attempted to sent by one’s server.
