As we work as a community to prepare for the impact of COVID-19, we wanted to share how Ucartz addresses the current situation and the action steps we are taking to simplify the adverse effects of our mission.


The safety of our employees, community and customers are our primary concern. Our employees are working from home starting May 1st onwards, and we asked all employees to reduce unnecessary trips for the time being. Everyone should adopt social distancing to reduce social interaction and, subsequently, reducing virus transmission.


For our customers, we are committed to maintaining and running our services. We ensure that all our operations and services will be available the same as usual. 


These are challenging and sometimes scary times, but we as a company and community are confident that we can get through this together.
