We had been hearing and experiencing a world disaster, Coronavirus, that first reported in Wuhan in December 2019. It has been largely confined to China in 2019, but in 2020, it has become a global pandemic that the whole world is still fighting against this adversity.

It’s time to understand our social responsibility and follow all the advisories issued by the Government Authorities to control this virus spread. Everyone should adopt social distancing to reduce social interaction and henceforth, reducing virus transmission. To cope up with this unprecedented moment, let's approach this with a sense of care and responsibility. We recommend everybody to do your part to slow and stop the spread of Coronavirus.

During this hepatic breakdown too, the health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We have implemented a number of sensible policies to this end, including encouraging many employees to work from home. This, however, hasn't slowed our operations. Our Data Centers (DC), Billing operations centre and customer support teams will remain fully operational and can do their jobs entirely remote as needed.

We ensure that all our operations and services will be available the same as earlier. But as a part of Janta Curfew, declared by the Government of India, our services may be limited on 22nd March 2020 from 7 AM to 9 PM IST.

Thank you for being a Ucartz customer. These are challenging times but I want you to know that we stand ready to help however we can. We understand the critical role we play in the functioning of the Internet and we are continually humbled by the trust you place in us. Together, we can get through this.
