As a part of our Continual Service Improvement process, we have made some changes to our support departments. Previously we had individual departments for the various services we provided. To make the process more ease & smoothy, Ucartz has built three new support departments to make customer service easy for everyone involved.
Here’s what you need to know about support ticket departments:

Open the tickets related to technical issues, rDNS, and services such as Web hosting, Shoutcast, Installation, Monitoring, Dedicated Server Support, SSL etc. - Billing and sales
Billing, Sales and Account related queries - Abuse & Bug
Report Abuse and Bugs
Hoping that our support interface is now more friendly, and all of our customers will be able to follow the support ticket system. It not only helps in creating a great customer experience but will help us to collects all support tickets from different clients and organizes them under concerned departments.
